I ❤️ Burpees!  _____ Ok, so maybe I don’t love them. But after eight months of not being able to do a burpee, or any type of exercise that requires wrist extension, flexion, rotation, weight bearing or grip.....today’s burpees were the highlight of my workout!  _____ The moral of the story......do your burpees and don’t complain!  There are people who would love to have the strength, power, flexibility and overall ability to perform just one!  _____ Don’t take your health, fitness and ability to walk, jump, dance, lift, twist, bend, climb, ride, or do a burpee for granted!
