This woman is an INSPIRATION 🙌🏼. You are amazing @danipguy. #bbg #bbgprogress  She says "1 year of living a healthy and active lifestyle after going through my third extremely rough pregnancy. I did not stay active or healthy during pregnancy. I suffered from Hypremesis Gravidarum in all three pregnancy which had me in bed nearly my entire pregancies vomiting 40+ times a day, on heavy medication, and regular trips to the hospital to have fluids via an IV. I lost 10kgs in 6 weeks. I hardly ate for the first 30 weeks of pregnancy. So, finally when the vomiting slightly eased, I could eat and stackeddddddd on the weight. It was a vicious cycle in all three pregancies and I just did what I had to do to literally survive. Some days I had days were I felt great and I attempted a workout, but those days were very very few. So, I did not stay healthy or active. After each pregnancy my body had literally taken a beating. It was weak, I had esophagus damage, extreme dental damage, my core and back was so weak from laying in bed for nearly 9 months, my metabolism was shot to hell, I have permanent liver damage and times that all by three. I suffered from PTSD after each pregnancy. The only thing that helped me get through it was being able to take control of my health and fitness, and I am SO proud of myself. Because I’ve been consistent with doing BBG Program from the @sweat All from home, I’ve done this for myself and I have never felt better. My mental health had never been better and I’m confident in my own skin. But it hasn’t all been easy. I fallen off the wagon many times and had weeks of binge eating and no exercise. But I make sure I get back up. I live a balanced lifestyle and still enjoy ALL the foods, especially chocolate and donuts. For me it’s been very important to find a healthy relationship with all foods and exercise. I’m not in this to lose X amount of kgs or have an end goal. ⭐️⭐️WHAT IS #sweatnation⭐️⭐️ SWEAT NATION is a 30 day event designed to get the @SWEAT community on the right track to building healthy habits and goals. This event will be running from July 22 - August 20. #sweatnation is about women coming together no matter where they are located, to celebrate healthy habits, goal setting and the benefits of regular exercise🙌🙌 ☝️⁣ ⁣ First, you need the @SWEAT app ! ⁣⁣ The sign-up banner is at the top of the app home screen ✅⁣⁣ Once you’ve signed up to the challenge, on each day starting from July 22, you’ll aim to complete one session from my #bbg program. Recovery is IMPORTANT, especially if you plan to increase the frequency of your training or are getting back into routine after illness or time off. FRESH FRUIT 😍🍓. If you have been following me for a while you will know that one of my TOP tips for making your breakfast healthier is by topping it with fresh fruit. Starting your day with a nutrient rich, filling breakfast is SO important in order fuel your body for the day ahead. 🙌🏼🤤. I will NEVER get sick of travelling to Greece 🇬🇷☀️. It's just SO beautiful and I always have an amazing time...but will I ever move there? NOPE. I absolutely love my home town of Adelaide, South Australia and I NEED to be close to my family. I could never even move to a different state let alone a different country hahah. I feel SO lucky every day that I have the opportunity to be able to train the #bbgcommunity, women from AROUND THE GLOBE, from right here in Adelaide. I'm so grateful especially now, so that Arna has the opportunity to grow up surrounded by her family. I honestly couldn't IMAGINE bringing her up without them.
