1ST Vid Beginner 2ND Vid Intermediate (sorry for going so fast) 3RD Vid Advanced  Beg: In the INCLINE push up your hands are higher than your feet. So normally in a regular push up the resistance is about 70% of your body weight. But at an incline your feet support more of your body weight, therefore decreasing the work your upper body needs to do to complete a rep.  I prefer this method over knee push ups because you still keep a straight line from head to toe and allows you to engage your core, and better resembles a standard push up.  Adv: The advanced push up is a weighted/elevated push up.  So two things make this push up harder than a standard push up. First is the added weight, therefore increasing the resistance. Second is by placing my hands on kettlebell handles (you can also use upright dumbbells) it allows me to get a deeper stretch of my chest, therefore forcing greater muscle activation. I call this the DIRTY 30 Each round consists of 6 exercises; 5 reps each totaling 30 reps per round. Perform as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes, rest as needed,( trust me I definitely did.) Workout details: ● box jumps (30in) ● pull ups (body weight) ● ball slams (15lbs) ● landmine shoulder press (60lbs) ● wall balls (16lbs) ● Hex-bar Deadlift (225lbs)  I only did 10 rounds today. Next month I'll try and do 11 rounds. TRX THURSDAY  Have you ever wondered what these straps do? It's a TRX, you use your bodyweight as the resistance.  Give it a try next time you're at the gym. Or come train with me and you'll become a pro.  1st exercise is a LEG CURL to target the Hamstrings. Be sure to keep your butt off the floor.  2nd exercise is SUSPENDED PUSHUPS to target mainly your chest but also your shoulders,  triceps, and core. Cue: keep a plank position across your body, do not let your butt sag.  3rd exercise is KNEE TUCKS. Mainly targets your abs, but also builds upper body strength.  Cue: like the push up, keep your butt up and your core engaged.  I perform most TRX exercises 3 sets of 12-15 reps, just depends how I'm feeling. Just some of my back workout from yesterday. πŸ’ͺ🏼 First 2 videos are a superset (perform 1st exercise then without rest perform 2nd exercise) β˜†Neutral grip pull ups (legs are in front to engage my lats more. 3 sets of 12 β˜†TRX rows 3 sets of 12  Third video is an advanced version of TRX rows by elevating my feet off the ground.  Fourth video is a β˜†Lat. Cable pull down with ind. handles. 3 sets of 12 reps. ***Be sure to keep wrist straight,  people tend to flex their wrist when performing pull downs or rows, which can injure your wrist and also takes away from the primary goal of working your lats.
