There is so much to learn!! :) don't waste your time watching something pointless like reality television. Go follows your dreams.. or better yet dream a new dream
You must make the most of all the time you have. When yin seems to be the only thing in your life than that's your time to LEARN AND HEAL. When it's yang then that's the time to heal others and follow your heart. Keep going. Your limitations only exist in your head, limitations and obligations are a social construct.
The strongest animals are literally herbivores.. don't be fooled
I got so extremely exhausted and irritable today and then I realized alot of these reasons listed are why. I'll post this as a reminder to myself..
Get those chemicals out of there guys.. I usually just boil my drinking water but I plan on getting a water filter for my shower head and bathroom sink
Choose to be open minded.. You won't regret it :)
You'll achieve your goals sooner if you start right now.. there is nothing in your way that isn't a creation of your own mind. Limitations don't exist and they never did
Never stop questioning.. #criticalthinking #waitforiit
Don't forget to sleep good tonight so you have a wonderful tommorow, goodnight ๐Ÿ˜Žโ˜ก๐ŸŒ™
The fact that people think being vegan is expensive still fucking blows my mind... its the cheapest way of eating. The only way it's costly is if you're consuming products that aren't MEANT to be vegan anyways. Like vegan ice cream and chickenless chicken patties lol, yes that shits expensive because it takes alot to immatate the texture of meat without actually using it, that's hard for humans to grasp apparently..
"Cars: Your ride to an early grave? You know accidents are a big risk when you climb behind the wheel. But a new study from Australia also links driving to obesity, poor sleep, stress, and other life-shortening health issues. The Aussie study team asked roughly 37,000 people to answer questions about their daily drive times, sleep schedules, exercise routines, and a handful of other health factors. Compared to non-drivers, people who spent two hours (or more) on the road every day were: 78 percent more likely to be obese86 percent more likely to sleep poorly (less than seven hours)33 percent more likely to report feeling psychologically distressed43 percent more likely to say their quality of life was poor Regular road warriors were also a lot more likely to smoke and fall short of weekly exercise targets, the study data shows." *my thoughts: I rarely drive simply because I don't have a car but I know it's healthier to get excersize instead when you're traveling somwhere within 2-3 miles, unless it involves heavy lifting. Why not walk? Dont worry about people thinking you don't have a car.. their opinions are irrelevant and you're being healthier. It'll make you feel better and live longer :) don't use gas unnecessarily it's very valuable and will soon be scarce.*
Kindness and patient communication is so pivotal when it comes to dealing with depression and mostly all mental illnesses. If any of you are ever feeling down or just want to talk I'm here
"Our lives – and the world as a whole – would be a much different place if beesdidn’t exist. To illustrate this fact, consider these numbers: bees are responsible for pollinating about one-sixth of the flowering plant species worldwide and approximately 400 different agricultural types of plant. Honeybees and the other pollinatorsand the invaluable pollinating services they provide us with helped produce approximately $19 billion worth of agricultural crops in the U.S. alone in 2010; that’s estimated to be one-third of everything we eat! The other animal pollinators such as bats, moths, butterflies, hummingbirds, ants, and beetles contributed to an estimated $10 billion in 2010! To say we rely on the pollination efforts of bees (and other animals) to sustain our modern food system is an understatement." *my thoughts, I haven't seen a single bee in a couple YEARS.. It's alarming and scary but I'm going to do my part when I get some money to plant some things :) in the mean time I'll stop eating honey*๐Ÿ๐Ÿ
Your mind is too powerful to clouded by negative thoughts, try to implement at least 2-3 to these to your everyday life and see if you can tell a difference. All of these work amazing for me honestly.
Alone time is the only thing I'm addicted too honestly
"This has been debated for some time but today there are over 1,800 studies (including over 200 peer reviewed studies) that provide sufficient evidence to show that mobile phone radiation exposure has in fact some very serious health implications; the most concerning of these being a 200-500% increase risk of malignant brain tumours." - *my thoughts: I'm on my phone alot I'm not going to lie but I will definitely be limiting my cell phone use and eventually only using it for 1-2 hours a day. Also I'm glad im vegan because I won't have to worry about cancer or increased cell death at least ๐Ÿ˜ค*
You don't have any limitations.. You don't have anything to be afraid of.. stop letting people tell you otherwise or you won't amount to the greatest lengths you truly want to go. You won't ever be happy in fear. #fearbasedlife #fearbasedsociety
Sometimes it's hard to even grasp the idea that we are the only reason for our suffering but it's the truth. Your perspective and reactions regarding certain situations ultimately becomes your reality and decides if you're going to feel hurt or bothered. Alter the way you feel! Seems hard. I get it. I'm highly emotional and empathetic but I try harder than ever to feel and then LET GO. To feel mad or sad is ok but you must let go. Don't harvest negative energy because you'll only attract more. Feel the pain and then let the pain go.
