So I’ve been on this kick where I’m obsessed with this random “throw it together” scrambled omelet mix for breakfast. It’s super easy to prep too. 🍳 🍳🍳 - 🍓dice up some mushrooms, yellow and orange bell peppers, yellow onion, and ham. Mix all together in a Tupperware bowl and store in the fridge. - 🍓In the mornings, sauté the mixture in a dab of avocado oil, then add eggs and scramble it all together until done. Then add some spinach and toss around to until wilted. - 🍓Top off with a pinch of mozzarella and low carb salsa.
This is just an easy “throw in what you got in your fridge” supper. - - This week I had ground turkey, onions, sweet potato, yellow pepper, mushroom, and spinach— add pink Himalayan sea salt. - - Throw it all in a pan and there ya go! I know, I know, I know. I haven’t been on here in months. We’ve been busy moving and settling in and it’s been a crazy mess. Not much time to document daily things on social media. But now that we are settled.... I’m backkkkkkkk. 😁 So, to start off the day I’m not a huge breakfast person..... unless it is an old fashioned home cooked meal, with eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy and molasses and tomatoes and.... I better stop there 😳🤤 ANYWAYS I like to start the morning off with a yummy protein shake. In my magic bullet (can’t live without that thing) I mix: 🗝 8 oz of water 🗝Aloe Vera 🗝2 tbsp peanut butter 🗝1 scoop @mansports glutamine 🗝1 scoop @mansports iso- protein (peanut butter bits flavor) 🗝some ice 🗝1 banana Boom, second best breakfast you’ll ever have. I also take my herbal vitamin supplements: 💊BioActive Selenium 💊Vitamin D 💊Tribulus 💊Ashwagandha Bottoms up!
Do you ever have trouble with what to study in God’s word? It can be so overwhelming sometimes. There have been many times when I’m down or lost and the devil is fighting me hard. So much to the point where the last thing I want to do is open my bible, much less actually “participate” in what God wants to help me discover that day. We all go through “lazy” spells. I love the song “When you don’t feel like praying, pray.” We have to resist the urge to overlook our bible laying on the table staring at us. I will sit down, pray, and ask the Lord to help me and show me what he wants me to see. EVERY SINGLE TIME I will open my bible to a book that is talking about EXACTLY what I’m going through or feeling. EVERY-TIME. Now if that doesn’t prove to me that God hears us then I don’t know what will. This week I am studying what the Bible says about healing and health. It helps to have something to go by, but always remember that if you just put forth that little bit of effort, God will give you exactly what you need every time. Just go open your bible. ❤️
Here is a good workout for beginners who are just starting to get back into shape! I have taken too much time off and I have to remember that my body can’t pick up right where I left off. You have to build up to where you want to be! You can also do this ANYWHERE... as you can see my little human and K9 helpers 😂 50 jumping jacks 30 second forearm plank 10 sumo squats 10 push-ups (modify to knees if needed) 12 burpees 😩 20 count shoulder tap plank 30 Russian twists (15 each side) 20 birddogs (10 each side) 10 regular squats 30 second water break Repeat 3 times! If you want to keep it real intense... each round, add 2 reps to each exercise and then go back down so you’ll be doing 6 rounds total!
