Here is where it ALL begins folks. Here is where the programing into the minds of humans begins..we are given the message that we are not capable of healing ourselves...we must and NEED to have some sort of "outside" help. Parents buy into the TV advertisement, their child has a fever (which is normal for the human body to have IF and when it is healing the body from something). The moment this or ANY type of similar product is given to a child, the natural immune system becomes compromised in many ways. The parent and child begin a journey of relying on said substance to heal the body taking away the natural ability to learn and heal thyself. How wonderful it would be when we all begin to realize that we can heal our own bodies and teach that to our children as well. We do have choices...we only need to be AWARE😷 #survivalofthefittest#preventivehealth#holistichealth#nomagicpill#cleaneating#learn#question#puppet#beresponsible#bestrong#muscle
If you're a vegan, you may be thinking you can just eat a selection of plant foods that contain B12 -- such as sea vegetables, fermented foods like tempeh and algae like spirulina -- and be just fine. But this is not the case because these foods contain B12 analogs along with active B12. The result is that eating these foods may ultimately make your B12 levels worse😱 Part of the reason vitamin B12 is so difficult to absorb and requires an additional protein -- intrinsic factor -- that binds to vitamin B12 and allows your body to absorb it into your bloodstream is because it is a massively large molecule when compared with other vitamins. Because it is far larger than any other vitamin, it requires extraordinary measures to actually push this molecule into your blood. But if your body doesn't produce enough stomach acid, which can occur as you age and also with other conditions like indigestion, heartburn and gastric reflux disease (GERD), then you're not producing enough intrinsic factor either. This is why vitamin B12 deficiency is extremely common in strict vegetarians and vegans, but many are unaware there's a problem until it's too late. Even though vitamin B12 is water-soluble, it doesn't exit your body quickly in your urine like other water-soluble vitamins. Instead, B12 is stored in your liver, kidneys and other body tissues, and as a result, a deficiency may not show itself for a number of years🤔 #cleaneating#b12shots#cleaneating#lifestyle#nutrition#healthy#takecharge#morningworkout#fitafter50
Disrupted Sleep Speeds Up Cancer Lack of sleep has long been linked to an increased risk of cancer, but new research has revealed one reason why. Among mice given a cancer-inducing treatment, those whose sleep was disrupted developed more aggressive, larger tumors than the well-rested mice. Furthermore, it appeared that the immune systems of the sleep-disrupted mice were less effective at fighting the cancer in its early stages. The study’s lead researcher explained😷 “It's not the tumor, it's the immune system. Fragmented sleep changes how the immune system deals with cancer in ways that make the disease more aggressive." Other cancer links have also been found in humans with insufficient sleep. A study published in the journal Cancer, Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention found that men who had trouble sleeping were twice as likely to develop prostate cancer compared to those who slept well.7 Another study found that insufficient sleep may be a contributing factor in both the recurrence of breast cancer and more aggressive forms of breast cancer among post-menopausal women. #sleep#lifecoach#lifestyle#beanexample#cleaneating#cancer#health#survivalofthefittest#preventivehealth

Today the basis of every disease is unnoticeable inflammation inside the body. Sometimes these inflammations are not recognized for a very long time. Inflammation means inner fever and chronic body fever😱 Chronic inflammation manifests itself through various diseases. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s etc. are all results of chronic inflammation. Diagnosing it requires a CRP test. And if you happen to take birth control pills, cholesterol pills, drugs like Advil or Tylenol, the results will not be accurate. Who is at risk? 1. Those who drink alcohol and smoke 2. Those who have sleep problems or don’t get enough sleep or quality sleep 3. Those who cannot manage stress 4. Those who have a high body fat 5. Those who don’t consume clean, high quality foods. As you can see we are coming back to basics💪 Even the simplest diseases, like common flu, are here because of one reason: a poor quality life style. I won’t call it “modern life style” because you can live in a modern world and still consume good quality foods. Is it simple? No. Is it worth it? Definitely yes. Is it impossible? Absolutely no. Because I did it and we still do it as a family. But if you are one of those who want to adapt, or who minds what other people think, then you are right, it is very difficult. But be assured, the results are amazing💙 #survivalofthefittest#inflammation#cleaneating#sleep#disease#preventivehealth#holistichealth#lifecoach#muscle#takecharge#takeresponsibility#lifestyle#exercise#stressmanagement

Renewal time of your organs is important🍒 When you have a lifestyle in accordance, we reinforce this process. If we are not in bed by 11 pm, gall bladder, which starts to renew itself at around this time, won’t be able to do it and won’t be functioning fully the next day. Under eye bags can be a symptom of gall bladder stone or mud. You need to be sleeping around 11 pm at least 3 nights a week. You are what you eat🍽 Science has proved that: - 98% of all our atoms are renewed every year. - Our liver renews itself in every six months. - Every ten years our body produces a new skeleton. - Two million old blood cells are crushed and new ones are made in every second. - Stomach and intestine walls are renewed in 3-5 days. This means that on molecular level you are not what you used to be six months ago. Raw materials, which are needed for this renewal, come from what we choose to eat. If you were building a house and use poor quality materials, that house may look beautiful from outside but a storm or an earthquake will tear it down. Our body works the same exact way💪#healthyfood #cleaneating#fit#beresponsible#organs#renewal#holistichealth#preventivehealth#preventivelifestyle#lifecoach#lifestyle#fitmom#youarewhatyoueat#muscle
LACK OF SLEEP...... 1.Easy Fatigability – Sleep is actually a way for the body to take time in repairing and restoring your body’s health due to the harm done by stress or other injurious factors, such as exposure to the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun or the detrimental effects of an accident. Proteins are produced by your body’s cells which allows repair to happen. When sleep is lacking, a person may feel that he lacks the strength or the energy to complete a task🙄 2.Suppressed Immune System – Most people who lack sleep are prone to experience flu and colds. The lack of sleep pushes the cells to overwork in warding off invaders. It eventually wears down the ability of the immune system to do its function, thus, exposing the person to various kinds of illnesses. The suppression of the immune system gets rid of the body’s ability to defend itself from all sorts of bacteria and viruses. 3.Memory Impairment – Sleep allows the brain to harmonize and consolidate all that has been done, learned and felt during the day. It connects everything allowing the brain to refresh itself, making it available for more learning and it makes space for the body to perform its abilities. So when a person lacks sleep, it is not surprising to find out that the person has an inaccurate ability to remember certain things. These lapses may be due to the brain’s inability to connect what has been learned in the past due to its deprivation to consolidate everything. This eventually leads to difficulty in converting short-term memory to long-term memory. 4.Obesity - Most don’t realize that the lack of sleep is one of the many factors which contribute to weight gain. As cited by the American Journal of Epidemiology, one-third of women who tend to stay asleep for five hours or less are mostly likely to add thirty-three pounds in the succeeding 16 years of their lives. This may be due to the sleeplessness effects by the production of the hormones leptin and ghrelin.
