Shoutout to our #1upnutrition Ambassador Sydney @sydneyjfitness on all of her hard work and amazing transformation! . This is her story 👇 . “ Two years in the making!! There is a two year and 30 pound difference between these two photos, but most of the change you can’t see because it was mental change!  I am truly so much happier and more confident these days than I‘ve ever been!  I began my fitness journey in December 2016 (left photo) because I wanted to feel better about myself.  But I wasn’t eating enough, and I was only doing cardio.  This caused my body to hold onto extra fat because it thought it was in starvation mode.  In August 2017, up until now (right photo), I’ve been weight lifting and eating lots of food to fuel my body!! I’m so happy and healthy!  I also wouldn’t be so muscular in college if it wasn’t for my @1upnutrition protein powder, because college food isn’t the highest in protein!! If you’re just starting your journey, or you’ve hit a plateau, a tip I have for you is keep going!!! Don’t give up because one day you’ll look back at photos of yourself and be so proud of how far you’ve come physically and mentally! “

Peanut Butter Protein Balls😋 . Ingredients: - 2 Cups Oats - 1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes - 1 scoop @1upnutrition Vegan Peanut Butter protein - 1/4 cup Peanut Butter - 1 Cup ground flaxseed - 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed slightly and diced - 2/3 Cup honey - 1 teaspoons vanilla - 1 teaspoon cinnamon . Instructions: Mix the dry ingredients together and then combine with the wet ingredients.  Roll into bite-sized balls, and store in the fridge. Serve and enjoy!
